Dawn Cushing McGowan

Dawn has been skating for most of her life both competitively and as a coach. With over 30 years of teaching experience, she has been able to share her love of the sport with people of all ages and levels. Dawn was the coach of the 2007 Junior National Collegiate Champion. Her areas of expertise include, freestyle, moves in the field, choreography as well as power skating for hockey players. 

Lars Andersson

Hockey Director 

Lars joined the Beacon Hill hockey program as hockey director in 2021. Lars is no stranger to Beacon Hill hockey, having previously coached all levels of youth and helping secure 5 club league championships along the way. He has previous coaching experience with the NJ Colonials, New Jersey Colts, and Jersey Wildcats, in addition to an impressive playing career. Lars currently lives in Madison and his married with 3 kids; 2 of whom started their hockey careers at Beacon Hill.
